Chord & Go

Terms of Use

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Chord & Go (“the app”), developed by Nikitas Chatzis, Greece. By using the app you accept them.

1. Licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows.

2. Your content

Everything you create or import remains yours. You are responsible for having the right to use the songs, lyrics and scores you import.

3. Plans and payments

  • New users get a 7-day free trial of the features.
  • Paid is a one-time purchase. Plus and Pro are subscriptions, monthly or yearly, that renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge; you can manage subscriptions in your store account settings.
  • Refunds follow the policy of Google Play or the Apple App Store.
  • Paid plans need an internet connection at least once every 7 days to confirm your plan.

4. Cloud features and fair use

Text recognition, score recognition and document conversion use cloud pages, with monthly limits shown in the app. One page of text or of a document uses 1 cloud page; one page of a score recognised from a photo or PDF uses 3. The app always shows the number of cloud pages before anything is sent. Please do not use these features in a way that harms the service or other users.

Before a score recognition finishes, a quality check is made, which always costs 1 cloud page. If the quality of the photo or file is not sufficient, you are informed before it finishes and you decide whether to continue; if you continue, the recognition is charged as normal (the check’s cloud page counts towards the charge), regardless of how satisfactory the result is.

5. Advertising

The free version shows ads. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising works.

6. Changes and availability

We improve the app continuously and may change or remove features. We aim to keep it available, but cannot guarantee it will always be free of interruptions or errors.

7. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of data — please keep backups. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

8. iPhone and iPad

If you use the app on an Apple device, Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.

9. Law

These terms are governed by Greek law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
